There are a significant number of snagging companies operating throughout the industry. However, not all of us are the same! There are those that pronounce they have discoved hundreds of faults per plot and produce page upon page of apparent "defects", many of which are simply slight, insignificant and sometimes permissable imperfections in the plaster or paint finish. At New Homes Snagging, our assessors rely on a wealth of industry based experience to provide a comprehensive, unbiased and factually correct report. Where possible, we aim to demonstrate the defect and provide the appropriate, relevant guidance to support our findings.
